Staff must remain respectful, neutral, and professional. Staff may not use permissions for personal advantage, retaliate against members, reveal confidential records, falsify evidence, or moderate a situation where a serious conflict of interest exists.

Moderation actions should be supported by logs, screenshots, recordings, witness statements, or direct staff observation whenever practical.

Department members must follow their chain of command, maintain approved uniforms and callsigns, complete required training, remain reasonably active, and represent FSRP professionally.

Promotions are earned through performance, maturity, activity, leadership, training completion, and department need—not friendship or payment.

Applications must be truthful and completed by the applicant. Plagiarism, alternate-account evasion, falsified experience, or pressure on reviewers may result in denial and an application cooldown.

Transfer or fast-pass requests do not guarantee a rank. Leadership may require verification, interviews, training, or probation.

Appeals must identify the action being appealed, explain why review is justified, and include available evidence. Harassment, spam, dishonesty, or repeated appeals without new information may close the case.

Reports are confidential when possible, but information may be shared with authorized reviewers when needed to investigate fairly.

Only purchases made through official FSRP channels are recognized. Digital roles or benefits have no cash value and may be changed, suspended, or removed when required for security, platform compliance, fraud prevention, or serious rule violations.

Purchase concerns must be handled through an official purchase-support ticket. Never send payment or account information to an individual claiming to represent FSRP.
